Syndicate Inc. (SI) is a sales organization that specializes in the barter syndication of television programming within Canada. Barter syndication or advertiser supported program syndication is a process by which the syndicator, in this case Syndicate Inc., agrees to accept commercial inventory within the program in lieu of a cash licensing fee for the rights to that program.

Through their in house sales force; SI sells this advertising time to advertisers or their agencies. In addition to representing their own properties, SI represents a number of well known programs whose rights are controlled by larger well known distributors such as Time Warner, Universal Studios, Motion International, and Trans World International to name a few.
